We are the Oast Osteopathy, Situated on Bell Road Sittingbourne

 

Osteopaths work on joints, muscles, soft tissues and organs to restore function and eliminate pain from the body.

Everybody can benefit from osteopathy, babies with colic or irritability, sports players who overstretch muscles and ligaments, the desk worker with poor posture, and in older age our joints stiffen up and circulation slows down.

What Can Osteopathy help?

Osteopathy can help a wide variety of conditions such as migranes, irritable bowel syndrome, menstrual problems and sinusitis. If you are unsure if we can help, call and speak to an osteopath who will be pleased to give you further advice. 

Here at the Oast Osteopathy, we have male and female osteopaths who will take down a case history then carry out a full assessment of the body/affected area, they will then fully discuss the diagnosis and treatment approach with you. Treatments take 30-45 minutes and an average of 2-6 treatments are needed.

All our osteopaths are fully qualified and registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC)

More About Us

The Oast Osteopathy is on the first floor of The Oast House at 62 Bell Road Sittingbourne. Our treatment rooms are in the beautiful roundels of the oast.

As well as Osteopathy we offer the Intashape Weight Loss Programme which will help you loose 6 inches & 6 Pounds in 6 weeks.

We also hold regular Pilates and Yoga classes in our Studio.

And we have Reflexology Hypnotherapy and counselling sessions regularly
